Join Me each week during lock-down with my flexibility classes aimed at helping you stay fit, limber and injury free from the comfort of your own home!

I will take you through a stretching session 3 times per week for 30-45minutes. We work on all different areas of the body to help keep you supple from head to toe.
If you show up, work hard and aren’t moving better and more flexible in 30 days then I will happily give you your money back. That’s how confident I am in what I’m offering.

What Does Stretch Look Like?
We live in an age where we are far too static.
With the current restrictions of the world, it’s never been more important to be looking after our health.
Some of us will spend a lot of time each week working out, but not nearly enough time to make sure our body is stretched to keep us injury free, ready for day to day tasks or for the next scheduled workout on our TV, instagram or YouTube.
